1. The client will advise Helen Farley of any changes in numbers requiring hair and make-up services than agreed at time of trial. Any shortfalls will be charged at 50% per service. 2. Any increase in numbers should be advised to Helen Farley as soon as possible, as timings for the wedding day may need adjusting. 3. Helen Farley reserves the right to pass to the client any additional costs that may be incurred for goods and services provided. 4. Should the cost of any products or equipment required to carry out services increase, the total cost will be adjusted accordingly. 5. Any products or treatments used are done so at the clients risk. Although Helen Farley will make sure all safety precautions are taken at the time of treatment. 6. Travel costs are charged at £1 per mile after a 10 mile radius from M4 Jct 18, this price will increase should petrol prices rise significantly. 7. The client must pay all charges no later than the date of their wedding in cash or cheque. Failure to do so will result in a 5% increase of the total bill per week until account is settled. 8. Helen Farley reserves the right to cancel any booking. Should Helen Farley be unable to provide services required eg: due to sickness, she will endeavour to supply a replacement. 9. Cancellations a, Cancellations over 6 months in advance – deposit forfeited. b, Cancellations between 6 months and 2 months - 50% of total bill due. c, Cancellations less than 2 months in advance – 100% of total bill due. d, All deposits and bookings are non-refundable and non-transferrable at any time. Monies can not be transferred to any other date or event.
